Camp Warwick is a premier Christian summer camp nestled on a 465 acre hilltop estate.

Since 1959, we have offered a variety of youth summer camps.

Camp Warwick is located 50 miles northwest of New York City, accessible from New York City’s Port Authority.

The Registration Process

IN CAMP REGISTRATION
Register according to the grade the camper has just completed.
Payment options are as follows:

  1. Checks made payable to Warwick Conference Center, Inc.
  2. Credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

The person registering the camper is responsible for submitting ALL payments.
All returned checks are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee. All refunds and requested transfers to a different camp or camp week are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee. Refunds are only given in unusual circumstances involving a medical reason or a family emergency.

Camp registration fees include one camp photograph; in addition, each camper will receive a camp T-shirt the first week he or she attends camp.
Camp registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Full camp fee and completed health form must accompany all registration materials along with the separate NOTARIZED HOSPITAL RELEASE STATEMENT FORM.
Your registration will be accepted if the following items have been completed:

Check-in for In Camp takes place from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday

Pickup for In Camp takes place from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Friday

DAY CAMP REGISTRATION
Register according to the grade the camper has just completed.
Payment options are as follows:

The person registering the camper is responsible for submitting ALL payments.

Pay in full for your child's first week of Day Camp.

Pay a non-refundable $40.00 deposit fee for each additional week of Day Camp you wish your child to attend. This deposit must accompany the registration form and full payment for your child's first week of camp.

The remaining balance for each additional week your child will be attending camp is due NO LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR to the week for which your child is registered.

If you do not pay the remaining balance for your child's camp fee on time, your child's place at camp will not be held.

All returned checks are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee.

All refunds and requested transfers to a different camp or camp week are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee.

Refunds are only given in unusual circumstances involving a medical reason or a family emergency.

Each camper will receive a free camp T-shirt the first week they attend camp. Campers may sign up each Monday morning to receive a camp photo for an additional fee.

Your registration will be accepted if the following items have been completed: Drop-off time for Day Camp takes place from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday Pickup time for Day Camp takes place from 4:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.* *Late pickup is available until 6:15 p.m. for an additional fee. Prior Registration for late pickup is required.

Scholarships for overnight camps:

Camp Scholarships for our overnight camps are available through the generosity of the following endowments:

Scholarships are based on need and availability and do not exceed one third of the camp fee. Contact the Camp Registrar at (845) 986-1164 for more information regarding scholarships.

General information for ALL camps

A CONFIRMATION PACKET including directions to Camp Warwick, what to bring and other pertinent information will be mailed within four weeks of receiving your completed registration. The confirmation packet will include information pertaining to the checkin and check-out procedure.

RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE AND PARTICIPATION
in the camp program are the same for everyone regardless of race, color or national origin. Everyone is welcome. CAMP WARWICK retains the right to cancel a camp week if extenuating circumstances arise and it is deemed unavoidable. In the highly unlikely event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Should an outstanding balance remain in the family’s account, fees will be applied first to the outstanding balance with any remaining credit refunded.

WARWICK CONFERENCE CENTER / CAMP
WARWICK is owned and operated by the Synods of Mid-Atlantics and New York of the Reformed Church in America. Camp Warwick is permitted to operate by the Orange County Department of Health and is inspected twice annually. Copies of inspection reports are on file and available for review at the Orange County Department of Health, 124 Main Street, Goshen, New York 10924.
